I CAN'T SLEEP!

once again, i'm having trouble sleeping. slept at 4am this morning and woke up at 8. well, it could be the fact that my sister was screaming and shouting or one of my neighbours playing extremely loud music which can be heard echoing through the ceilings. anyway, the thing is i'm extremely tired and sleepy now but i just can't fucking sleep.
